Wow! January went fast! I had a very good blogging and reading month. I read some very good books and connecting with all y’all about them. I’m sticking to my dive into graphic novels; I picked up a couple from the library on Monday.
Thanks so much to all of my bookblogging buddies. My experience sharing reviews in the community has just gotten better and better. Let’s keep it going!
Looking back on Jan.
Here’s the best books of the month with links to my reviews below:
Reckoning of Fallen Gods. A Novel of the Coven. By R.A. Salvatore
Daughter of Moloka’i by Alan Brennert
Black Leopard, Red Wolf by Marlon James

Looking Forward to February.
I’m anticipating good things for the blog in February. I have several reviews to be posted next week on two excellent scifi books (time travel and dystopian fiction), and a very good musical fiction book.
Here are some others I’ll be reviewing in February:
Have you read or are you looking forward to any of these? What are on your reading horizons for Feb?
Looks like you have a great month ahead! I’m looking forward to your reviews for Daisy Jones and Famous Men Who Never Lived.

I have an ARC of New Suns as well but probably won’t be able to get to it before March since I’m already reading a bunch of magazines and another anthology. I’m looking forward to your thoughts! 🙂

I can’t believe how much hype/ show optioning/ etc it’s gotten before publication. But it does live up to it for the most part in my opinion.

Glad you had such an awesome month of reading and blogging! Any particular reason why you plan on reading that basketball story? It being my favourite sport and being one that plays it too, I’m curious what it’s about! Do you follow the NBA as well? 😮

I’ve been following the Warriors since I was a kid. Not too much anymore, but I was a huge fan when they had Run TMC in the early 90s.

Welp. I can assure you that I despise the Warriors of today. Although they have EXTREMELY talented players… 😛
